An unlucky game for the under 7s who deserved some reward for the effort they all gave. With the lion's share of the possesion and shots on goal they did everything but score, although for one brief, exciting moment they were sure they had. Then, on one of these many attacking moves, Gomersal captured the ball to score on the break. The Westwood lads refused to give up and the way they kept the pressure on to the final whistle was one of the many positives they will take into the next game.
