The Dolphins sparkled on a dull day to give a performance truly to be proud of. A clean strike from a corner by Kieran Walton divided the sides at half time. Early in the second half Kieran ran through the Oakworth defence for a cool finish. The final two goals - from Josh Harding and a well-deserved hat-trick for man of the match Kieran - came from the slick, inventive moves the Dolphins put together throughout the second half. In particular, the wingers Josh Harding, Elliott Gelder, Robbie Sharkey and Sam Harrison, in a fine debut, worked hard and skillfully, passing the ball with accuracy and vision. Bound together by Callum Armitage in center-midfield, they combined with Kieran and Tyler Fletcher in attack to play football that Oakworth could not contain and that was a joy to watch.
