The Jets started the game brightly with a shot coming straight from the kick off. And it only took three minutes for them to open their account with a well worked goal that ended with Ellis Wade tucking the ball away well. The team went in 3-0 at half time with two fantastic finishes from in-form striker Tyler Rhodes.
A change at half time saw Declan Kay come out of goal to take his place in defence with Declan Wilkinson going in the opposite direction. It didn’t take the boys long to add to the score and it was Matty Malloy who scored the 4th with a thoroughly deserved goal after a wonderful performance. Ellis finished his hat-trick soon after with another 2 well taken goals after some good work from Ollie Kirk-Patrick in midfield.
The man of the match went jointly to Matty and Ellis who both gave their all, along with the other 5 boys on the pitch!
