A wonderful performance by the whole team in freezing temperatures. The boys flew out of the blocks with all of them eager to get the season running again after the winter break. Tyler Rhodes opened and closed the scoring in the first half, book-ending a goal from Josh Silson and a fantastic free kick from the captain.

The team started the second half just as brightly as the first, quickly making it 5-0 with another well taken goal by Josh. Then Ellis Wade played an excellent one two with Tyler before scoring his first. The match ended 8-nil with another from Ellis followed by Josh completing his hat trick.

Any of the boys could have earned the man of the match award as the passing and all-round play was excellent. Eventually it was decided it should be shared by Tyler Rhodes and Ollie Kirk-Patrick as both had great games.
