Bradford Take A647 (signposted Great Horton and Queensbury). After 3 miles turn left by the Hare & Hounds onto Cooper Lane. Continue for ½ a mile and then Home Farm school is signposted as a right turn. |

Halifax and Shelf Continue along A6036 towards Bradford. After 1¼ miles turn left onto Cooper Lane. Go over the mini-roundabout, then Home Farm school is signposted left after a further ½ mile. |
